El Campello

This floor comprises the living room, kitchen and dining area. From here, you can enjoy views of the south-west facing terrace with dining area, private pool and palm trees. Two awnings provide shade on the terrace in the afternoons. The bedroom on this floor is private. The separate bathroom/shower is freely available for use.

Adjacent to the terrace at the rear of the house is a spacious garden with various fruit trees such as fig, orange, citrus, kumquat, persimmon and pomegranate. The showpieces are a Cordoba olive tree over 120 years old and a Texas yucca over 20 years old. The dining area is located under a 16 m2 parasol. A large Weber gas barbecue is available.

You can park your car on the street or up to two cars in the carport secured by a garage door.

Then we continue to the second floor. Here, you can enjoy a 360-degree panorama. Looking out, you can see the sea with the villages of El Campello and Sant Joan, as well as the outskirts of Alicante with its more than 300,000 inhabitants. Looking back, your gaze wanders over the Bonalba golf course and imposing mountains. Make yourself comfortable on a hammock or deckchair. You might want to enjoy your tapas at the bistro table.
